   • Clean, sanitize & deodorize; Wash floors; Clean mirrors; Clean & sanitize toilets; Clean, scrub & sanitize showers, bathtubs, bath supplies, vanities, sinks and backsplashes. Change bathroom towels (if clean towels are provided.)
2. Kitchen
   • Clean/Wash floor; Clean appliances, counters, outside cabinets, tables & chairs; Clean, scrub & sanitize sinks; Clean range tops; Clean inside and out of Microwave oven; Load the dishwasher.
3. All Rooms
   • Clean, dust, vacuum, and freshen the air
   • Dust baseboards as needed
   • Dust windowsills and ledges
   • Dust frames and ornaments
   • Remove cobwebs thoroughly
   • Dust lamps, furniture, woodwork, and shelves
   • Vacuum and/or wash floors
   • Clean hardwood floors
   • Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets
   • Make beds (if you leave clean sheets on top of the beds)

Premium House Cleaning Services

1. Bathrooms
   • Clean, sanitize & deodorize; Wash floors; Clean mirrors; Clean & sanitize toilets; Clean, scrub & sanitize showers, bathtubs, bath supplies, vanities, sinks and backsplashes. Change bathroom towels (if clean towels are provided), and polish chrome.
2. Kitchen
   • Unlike our competitors, WE DO CLEAN your oven and refrigerator every time, inside and out (a $70 value.)
     Clean/Wash floor; Clean appliances, counters, outside cabinets, tables & chairs; Clean, scrub & sanitize sinks; Clean range tops; Clean inside and out of Microwave oven; Load the dishwasher.
3. All Rooms
   • Clean, dust, vacuum, and freshen the air
   • Wipe Baseboards by hand as needed
   • Dust windowsills and ledges
   • Dust frames and ornaments
   • Remove cobwebs thoroughly
   • Dust lamps, furniture, woodwork, and shelves
   • Vacuum and/or wash floors
   • Clean hardwood floors
   • Use Hydra Steamer periodically to clean tile, granite, marble floors, and other fine floors and surfaces
   • Apply oil on your furniture, if applicable
   • Clean sliding glass doors
   • Thoroughly vacuum furniture with our special turbine attachment, including under seat cushions
   • Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets
   • Unlike our competitors, WE DO move light furniture in order to clean under and behind (a $40 value)
   • Make beds (if you leave clean sheets on top of the beds)

Basic House Cleaning Services

This service is only available to refresh the homes of existing customers in between regular cleanings (for example, before and/or after a party).

   • Clean, dust, vacuum, and freshen the air

   • Dust lamps and furniture

   • Clean oven that is NOT self cleaning
   • Clean hard to reach places
   • Cleaning/Dusting areas with excess knickknacks, if specifically instructed by our customer
   • Clean each knickknack, if specifically instructed by our customer
   • Apply thorough oil treatment on kitchen or bathroom cabinets
   • Kitchen drawer cleaning and organizing (takes considerable time)

Note: Our Deep Cleaning service is charged by each hour spent by each crew member. Customers may choose to eliminate any items in the interest of making this service fit their budget. Customers may also add items by working with our estimator or the company owner.
